At Perfume Oil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Carefully place the unused perfume oils in their original glass vials and velvet pouches into a padded shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
